If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures. If you have a joint owner(s) on your account, the joint owner is eligible to exercise the right to opt out. If any one of you exercise the right to opt out, we will treat it as if all of you directed us not to make disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties (except those that are protected by law).

Once we receive your request, we have a reasonable amount of time to stop the disclosure. Due to data processing constraints, OneSource FCU members wishing to opt out will be excluded from all outside services. You may always contact us for assistance if you wish to revoke your opt out election at a later time.
Keeping your account information accurate and up to date is very important. We provide you with access to your account information through various means such as account statements, telephone response and online access. If you ever find that your account information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call or write to us at the telephone number or address listed on your account statement or other documentation. We will promptly update or correct any erroneous information. If you have questions, you may always contact us and we will investigate your inquiry or complaint.

To ensure information remains confidential, OneSource FCU uses encryption technology such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on our Web site to transmit information between you and the credit union. To send us secure e-mail, you should use OneSource FCU About Us on our home page. Because an Internet e-mail response back to you will not be secure, we will not include confidential account information in an e-mail response.
Regular Internet e-mail is not secure. When OneSource FCU provides Internet e-mail addresses, you should use them to provide only information that is non-sensitive and non-confidential. We ask that you do not send personal or account Information through e-mail.

If someone calls you explaining the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number, you should beware.
